Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our team enough time to ensure the cottage is perfectly prepared for our next guests.
Is Sandholme Cottage dog-friendly?
Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs! The cottage features a secure, walled courtyard for their safety. We ask that dogs stay off the furniture and beds.
Is there on-site parking available?
While we don't have a private driveway, there is ample free street parking directly outside the cottage and on the immediate surrounding streets.
Is Wi-Fi provided at the cottage?
Yes, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. You will find the password in the Guest Welcome Book upon arrival.
Are linens and towels provided?
We provide high-quality bed linens and sets of fluffy towels for all guests. We suggest bringing your own towels for use at Filey Beach.
How close is the cottage to the beach?
Sandholme Cottage is perfectly positioned just a short 5-10 minute walk from the award-winning Filey beach and the town’s local shops.
Is smoking allowed in the cottage?
Sandholme Cottage is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping inside. Smoking is permitted in the outside courtyard area only.
Are parties or events permitted?
To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, we do not allow parties or large events. The cottage is for the exclusive use of booked guests.
Who do I contact in an emergency?
